James Quilter Jr,  a Loving Dedicated Father was tragically shot to death May 29th, 2019. He leaves behind his wife Marjorie Quilter and his 9 children. Children ranging from 9 months old to 29 years old. The community along with his family love him dearly and miss him beyond measure. Most in the community know James by his Ice Cream Truck he drove during the summer time throughout Colorado springs. James worked hard everyday waking up at 6am to go to work not returning until 430pm everyday to provide for his family. Family and God being his #1 priority.  I am setting up this gofundme in hopes to raise money to help my sister (his wife) with any costs of Burial and to assist with the rent and bills in their family home while they mourn the loss of the man who held this family together.
