The James P. Bigelow Scholarship fund will be established at Hoosac Valley High School for a graduating senior who is pursuing a degree in the sciences.  Mr. Bigelow spent 35 years teaching students about science and nature. Nurturing plants and students alike, Mr. Bigelow's plant project was a right of passage for generations growing up in Adams & Cheshire. In the spirit of his life's work, we hope this scholarship will assist a student with a passion for science.
