James Foster has taken on a lot recently: new wife, new kids, new baby!

He also recently took on a quest to protect the audiobook industry from bully tactics and unfair business practices. For this he was rewarded with a LAW SUIT - which he won, but not before having to pay out about $10,000 in legal fees just to respond and get it dismissed.

James didn't ask anyone else to take this on with him. He just wanted our audiobook community to be a safe place for all of us. So he didn't sit back quietly. He said something. And he stood by it to the tune of $10k.

We would like to let him and his family know that even though he may have made that decision alone, they are not alone now. The Fosters have already put in the time and effort it took to fight this lawsuit and to send the message that our industry is not a place for those behaviors. We want to help them recover what they put forth financially - and we've added in $500 to cover anticipated Gofundme fees, so we can cover ALL of their legal expenses.
