James Jones Tragedy Account

Dawn Yarbrough's son James Jones died in an auto accident August 9, 2017. In addition to the emotional toll, this has affected Dawn financially, from lost time from work and funeral related expenses. These add to her financial distress from last year's accident and other life changes - a series of difficulties she has borne with as much grace as anyone could, and with a smile for everyone.

     We, Dawn's colleagues at the Gun Barrel City EDC, care very much for her and are deeply saddened by James's death. We want to help her, and invite the community to join with us in lightening her financial burden. Please consider making whatever contribution you can.
