Jimmy Spring - RSB at House of Champions

In memory of Jimmy Spring. This GoFundMe will collect donations for the local Vero Beach, FL affiliate branch of the world-wide non-profit Rock Steady Boxing, a boxing-based fitness program for those with Parkinson’s Disease. This affiliate is hosted in Gus Curren’s House of Champions, LLC.

Rock Steady Boxing at Gus Curren’s House of Champions was one of the most important ways that Jimmy gained strength and restored balance and coordination, which was indispensable in his effort to slow the progression of Parkinson’s. He loved this gym, going multiple times per week since 2018. Under the leadership of coach Macy Curren, Rock Steady Boxing became a central place of inspiration, support, and camaraderie for him.

Gus Curren’s House of Champions, LLC is a for-profit business, so any contribution would not be a tax-deductible donation. Our goal is to collect individual donations through this GoFundMe in order to give a one-time lump sum donation directly to Gus Curren’s House of Champions. The funds will be used by Macy and Gus Curren to buy new equipment and to serve and help people, like Jimmy, in their fight against Parkinson’s.
