James "Jim" Norman fund - Tragic Carjacking in Norco
Donation protected
James “Jim” Norman, 79, of Corona, passed away on May 12, 2025, following a tragic carjacking incident. He is survived by his beloved wife and two devoted daughters, two son in laws and one grandson.
Jim lived a modest, basic life, but also an adventurous life. He started off in the Army and worked across several fields including construction and vehicle transport, and at one point, even took to the skies as a pilot. His passion for travel for work and exploration led him to many corners of the united states, and his stories often captivated those around him. Whether building something with his hands or sharing tales from the road, Jim brought energy and authenticity to everything he did.
He will be remembered for his resilience, his love of life, and his deep commitment to his family.
A private memorial will be held to celebrate Jim’s life. In lieu of flowers, the family encourages any help to pay for memorial service and recent medical and other expenses from his passing.
Thank you.
