Hi everyone, we are the Vas-Patterson family. We are creating this fund to raise money for JJ Vas. Our 23 year old brother who was tragically killed on Sunday, August 13 in a hit and run accident. We believe JJ was traveling from WV to NY to reach family when he was struck by a vehicle on 2nd Avenue in Pittsburgh, PA.

JJ was the middle of 5 siblings, who all love him so much. He was sweet, silly and goofy! He was a skateboarder, football player and basketball player. JJ was so creative and loving.

We are not sure how to continue with another piece of our family missing. Any generous donation would be greatly appreciated, as our family cannot afford funeral costs.

Please keep JJ in your hearts. He is now in heaven with our dad. Thank you.
