James in Desperate help

Ever since my mom past in 2012.  I have tried so hard to make ends meet. Hospital bills from congestive heart failure 3, diabetes, psoriasis, sleep apnea to name a few, rent, meds and back taxes.  I just don't make enough working at Safeway and driving Uber.
I owe 3 months back rent, 2 months car payment. I've tried to hustle driving 10 hour days.  I'm truly spinning my wheels.
If any way family, friends and friends of friends could help me get on my own two feet.  I would Thank You so much.
