James Hollister’s Funereal and Final Expenses
Donation protected
James Timothy Hollister was born on January 14, 1989 in Littlerock Arkansas... Just before his 5th birthday he was found on the streets of Los Angeles asking for money for food for himself and biological sister Julie... My parents Mark & Dianne Hollister received a phone call asking if they’d take in two foster children and with humongous hearts they did...
James came into or family in a non traditional way but quickly showed a huge heart... He wasn’t always the easiest or most mellow, in fact he had more energy then anyone I know !
My brother grew up loving sports, music, and, riding dirt bikes. He cared about others and was deeply protective and caring for his family...
unfortunately as is so common and prevalent in our society he went down a road in his late teens that involved a lifestyle of drugs and addiction... as so many people know once those claws are in to you it is never a easy road to recovery... many times help was offered, forced, and pleaded for him to take... at times it looked like he was succeeding...
With a heavy heart and tears in my eyes as I write this James lost his battle with his demons on the morning of December fifth, ultimately drugs were involved but he passed from kidney, liver and eventually heart failure at 11:56 AM...
James is survived by his daughter Lacie and Son Justin... Our family asks for any help with the final expenses of this unexpected and tragic time... thank you for all the thoughts, prayers, and well wishes as they mean the world to us in this time of grieving... we love you all.
