On September 7th I'm cycling the Tour de 4 in Glasgow to raise money for Prostate Cancer UK. In 2023 I lost my Dad to prostate cancer, and the Tour de 4 route takes us right past where he lived. One of the last memories I have with him is enjoying the cycling world championships in Glasgow together.

Prostate cancer affects 1 in 8 men in the UK. That's one dad, partner, brother, son, grandad, uncle or mate. I'm raising money to help fund lifesaving research and support for men and their families affected by prostate cancer.
