In Memory of James De Berner, for Crystal & Family

Friends of James, Crystal and family know just what an amazing husband and father James has been and how much he put into being the main carer and support; working part-time to take a lion's share of organising things on the home front and making constant improvements to the house they bought in Ballajura when they returned from Tasmania. Alas, it is hard to finish things whilst running a home, balancing a tight budget, and supporting all your kids to achieve their best through activities and experiences aimed at bringing out their interests and talents.

Consequently, several projects in the house have been left undone. There is the main bathroom in the house which was gutted in anticipation and so unusable. The roof is in a bad state, requiring at minimum urgent re-pointing of tiles before any rain comes. There is also evidence of other general maintenance that will be required and a sand patch at the end of pool area that needs to be cleared out. The friendship group would like to support Crystal and the family by coordinating the work, trades and materials needed to complete these.

We think, looking after these jobs, will be a great way we can show Crystal and the kids our ongoing love, concern and presence in their home and hopefully ease some of the pain of learning how to live without their beautiful man, James in their lives. We commit to you that all funds raised will be fully accounted for and that we will provide an excel to show how funds raised have been spent.
