I’m raising money for helping with the medical and burial expenses of my father, James Cartier. He passed suddenly, but was surrounded by family in his final moments. He leaves behind his wife of 47 years, Marilyn Cartier, and his two children, Jamie Rea Wells and Emmanuel Cartier.
