Hi everyone! My name is James, and this October 19th, 2025, I’ll be taking on the incredible challenge of running the Cape Town Marathon. I’m not just doing this for the love of running. I'll be raising funds for two causes that mean a great deal to me: Mind and the Alzheimer Society. These charities do vital work supporting mental health and dementia care, and I’ll be splitting every donation 50/50 between them after I cross the finish line. Your support will help fund services, research, and advocacy for those affected by mental health issues and Alzheimer’s disease. Every contribution, big or small, will make a meaningful difference.
