Our story
We are raising emergency funds for Jason & Joani Goddard, parents of Brendon Goddard, to cover funeral expenses. The family is in need of the funds because the money from the life insurance policy was left to a person outside of the family that has decided not to help the family with any expenses.
Brendon's passing on January 18th was sudden and unexpected. Brendon was only 22 years old and left behind 4 siblings, a niece, and his loving parents. His family has not only been grieving his sudden loss, they are also going through Joani's battle with breast cancer. Joani was diagnosed with breast cancer in November 2018 and began chemotherapy in February 2019.
Brendon’s sudden death and Joani’s cancer treatments have put both an emotional and financial strain on the family. The family still has two of the children living in the home and are now faced with mounting medical costs and funeral expenses.
This Go Fund me page has been set up to cover the funeral expenses alone. We appreciate any and all donations to this cause. Jason and Joani Goddard are extraordinary people and deserve help in this trying time. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
