Hello friends & family. On Sunday, November 6th, the Peralta family lost someone very unique and special. Gone too soon, but has reunited with his siblings, father, and especially his beloved son, Nicky Peralta. He left behind his children, significant loved one, step-children, sweet mother, nephews & nieces, siblings, cousins, close friends, and work friends. During these difficult times, our family and I ask for your love and support and will accept any contributions you can or may spare.
