James’ 10k Race against dementia

Hi my name is James and I’m running the 2024 mens 10k Edinburgh on the 22nd September. All funds raised will go directly to the charity ‘race against dementia’ to help fund pioneering research into the prevention and cure of dementia. Personally this means a great deal to me after my Grandad, a few years ago, was diagnosed with the disease.
