Jameela Bowman

Hi, my name is Dan and I am raising funds in support of one of my former basketball players, Brandon Bowman. Brandon is the example of the character you look for in a player— a fighter on and off the court, with relentless determination and grit despite all the life challenges he’s been dealt with; and always a positive attitude through and through.

I was just congratulating Brandon recently on his success with a new job while overcoming the loss of his home along with the loss of the person who mattered most in this world to him, his grandmother who raised him. Brandon was fighting for not only himself but for his children, and he was winning.

That is until he learned of the tragic and senseless passing of his mother whom he also has been fighting for all his life.

We used to have a saying on our team; Blame No One, Expect Nothing, Do Something. Brandon is still living this motto but I hope we can rally to do SOMETHING to support this incredible young man.

Funds raised will go directly to funeral costs he must now arrange for his mother. Any additional funds will support Brandon on his journey in fighting for the life he deserves and enable him to be there for his children.
