Jeremy's Epilepsy Fund

Hi my name is Jeremy, I am 36 years old and I have been diagnosed with Epilepsy. I have two young boys. Christian who is 8 and Cameron who is 6. I also just recently got remarried, our 1 year is coming up this May.
For over the past 2 years of our relationship I have been having seizures. Do they know the cause of it, no. The seizures have been pretty much controlled for the most part but over the past 6+ months the seizures have gotten worse and they are starting to get uncontrolled. With that being said, every time I have a seizure I am not able to drive for 90 days. Due to the seizures happening more often I also have not been able to work going on a year now. With not enough money to seek doctors help to have testing done to see what is going on all we've been able to do is trial and error with medication. I have seen over 3 different doctors because I have not been happy with them. Now the medication isn't even working.
I have been referred to a new Neurologist and he has been more helpfull in one meeting than we have had in the past two years. We had our first consultation already and he would like to have an MRI, CT and EEG done next month, February and compaire those results to the tests I had done when I first started to have the seizures.
Now that we have found a Doctor that wants to help us I am now asking for the help of family, friends and strangers both near and far. Desperate times call for desperate measures and as a one income family who already has many medical expenses over the past 2 years, there is no way we can afford to my upcoming tests next month without your help. Please share this with everyone you know and my hope is that we can raise this money together and help find what is causing my Epilepsy as well as my medications.
Any little bit will help me out! What money we don't use and or need will be donated to the Epilepsy Foundation to help others like me.
