My name is Jamaar and I am the creator of JamBrü. JamBrü began as a personal interest in fermentation and a love for kombucha. It quickly became more than just a hobby as I had to increase the volume I was producing in order to match the interest and demand from friends and family. The reactions I see when people try my kombucha for the first time is my main motivator. Witnessing the enjoyment and awe people get from something I produced will always be the most amazing thing to me, and one that ensures I will continue to work hard.
