Ja'Marcus Smith

Over the years many of you have come to know and love our longtime Buchanan Productions employee, Howard Sanders. Howard has worked for Buchanan's for the past 30 years and is a very kind, trustworthy, and hardworking man. Last Friday, Feb. 16, 2024, his beloved grandson, Ja'Marcus Smith was tragically shot and murdered on Howard's front doorstep and passed away in Howards' arms. Ja'Marcus was only 16 years old. Howard and his wife, Carol raised Ja'Marcus for most of his life and this has been an absolutely devastating and unimaginable loss for them. On top of the terrible and tragic loss of their grandson, they are now faced with the funeral costs which are impossible for them on their modest and fixed income. I have set up this Go Fund Me in the hopes that some of you will find it in your hearts to help Howard and Carol during this heartbreaking time for their family.
