Dear friends, family, and compassionate strangers,

My name is Tamarra. At the request of Alishea Parker (Jamani’s Mom), I have been given the task to set up this GoFundMe account. This will be the ONLY GoFundMe account attached to this family.

We are heartbroken to share the devastating news of the sudden and tragic loss of our beloved Jamani, who was taken from us at the tender age of 20 in an act of senseless violence. She was a bright light in our lives, known for her big bright smile, kindness, compassion, and the joy she brought to everyone around her. She was loved deeply by many and her absence leaves a void that can never be filled.

As we grieve this unimaginable loss of such a beautiful spirit, her family is faced with the financial burden of arranging a funeral that will truly honor her beautiful spirit and the love she shared with the world. We are reaching out to our community for support during this incredibly difficult time.

We have created this GoFundMe campaign to help cover the costs of Jamani’s funeral and memorial services. Any contribution, no matter how small, will go directly towards helping her family give her the homegoing she deserves. Your generosity will also help to alleviate the financial stress on her family, allowing them to focus on grieving and healing.
