This money is being collected, to help this family who is in desperate need of help.
With all the medication they need to purchase, we realize it can be very difficult, so even if the extended family tried to help it's still a heavy burden to bear. Monthly cost of all the medication she would need is $70,000 JMD. For some People in the Country that is their monthly income. For others its a lot less. With the pandemic Alecia has not been making much money because schools are closed. She worked as a vendor outside of the school.
The money collected will go towards helping Afreen and her mother with medication costs, and helping to sustain them for as long as possible.
Mr. Kirk Wright f TVJ news, has been a God send in helping, with this tough situation, and he will continue to be there to help along the way.
