Wah Gwaan,

This is Aleitha and Rohan, owners of Ella's Jamaican Restaurant in Cranbrook, B.C. We were born and raised in the Parish of St. Elizabeth, the "Bread Basket" of Jamaica, i.e the largest producer of food supply on the island.

The world is very aware of the most powerful Category 5 hurricane that just demolished the South and Western hemisphere of Jamaica. Friends, we are devastated, Jamaica is devastated. We have lost 4 hospitals so far and significant damage to others. School, churches and social support entities have been washed away.

Friends, many are just recovering from Hurricane Beryl that slaughtered St. Elizabeth and its neighboring parishes in 2024.

We need your help to contribute to the immediate needs of St. Elizabeth, i.e Food, Cloths and clean water and critical necessities.
