Hi, my name is Davia, and I’m from Westmoreland, Jamaica. Though I’m currently studying overseas, my heart is back home. My family has been severely affected by Hurricane Melissa, which brought devastating flooding and destruction across the island.

I’m raising funds to support my extended family, who lost their homes and most of their belongings in the hurricane. Many of them are currently displaced, staying with neighbors , and struggling to access food, clean water, clothing, and other basic necessities.

The funds raised will go directly toward:


• Rebuilding and repairing damaged homes 


• Purchasing food, clean water, and essential supplies


• Providing clothing and bedding for affected family members 


• Covering transportation and temporary living costs while repairs are made

Every donation big or small will make a difference in helping them get back on their feet. Jamaica is strong, and my family is resilient, but right now they truly need a helping hand to start over.
