Jamaal Johnson's Celebration of Life.

My name is Courtney Johnson, and I am Jamaals wife of almost 30 years. Jamaal and I have an amazing daughter named Janai. I cannot even describe the bond that Janai has/had with her Dad and she is definitely feeling the loss of her favorite person. Jamaal was a great Dad to our daughter, attentive, loving, caring, I honestly don't know that a bond like theirs was very common, special was an understatement, something I know they both felt was very special. As many of you know Jamaal has been battling addiction for sometime. He tried and faught hard to not let his addiction take him from us but it did. On January 10th at around 2:30 pm Jamaal left this earth and is finally at peace. As his wife I am of course responsible for the costs etc of his service. Anyone that knew Jamaal knows how loved he was, his smile could light up a room, his laugh could get anyone going and his words would have you listening for hours. He loved his family his friends and anyone in between. Please help our daughter and I give Jamaal a celebration that anyone of us would want and deserve. As many of you know I have been struggling myself, none of this has been easy but I have tried to keep it together for my family the best I could. I've done the best that I can but ultimately it wasn't enough. Our daughter loves her Dad so much and is absolutely crushed that he won't see her achieve the greatness they were both destined for. Our daughter is a phenomenal young women and will not stop untill she has reached her goals. Jamaal supported Janai in so many ways and his loss is felt greatly. Thank you for taking the time to hear our story and we are grateful for any help that is given. Jamaal deserved to go out with a bang and I know he would be thankful for any type of assistance.
