Hello, my name is Lisa Black, and I am the mother of Jalen Woodmore. Jalen was hit in a motorcycle accident literally 4 blocks from his home and sustained severe injuries and has been in ICU/Critical Condition as a result. Jalen has undergone 4-surgical procedures as he suffered a compound fracture to his arm, a fractured pelvis, broken fingers, a blood transfusion due to hemorrhaging in his abdomen, a damaged colon, a chipped tooth and a split lip which warranted suturing. Jalen will need extensive physical therapy to learn how to walk again. We are raising money to support his care and physical therapy while in the hospital, medical equipment, after care and physical therapy after he is discharged home.
