We are raising funds in memory of our teammate and friend, Jakub, who passed away suddenly and far too soon.

Jakub was a devoted husband, a loving father to two young children, and a cherished member of our hockey family. He brought humour, warmth, and endless energy to the rink, and his presence will be deeply missed both on and off the ice.

This fundraiser has been set up to support Jakub’s wife and children as they face an unimaginable loss and the difficult months ahead. The funds raised will help ease some of the financial pressure during this time and allow the family space to grieve without additional worry.
