This fundraiser has been organised by me, Katarina Benova, on behalf of Jakub Polášek’s wife and children.

Jakub was my teammate and friend from our ice and inline hockey community. I am not a family member, but I organised this fundraiser with the knowledge and support of the family to help them during this devastating time.

The beneficiary of this fundraiser is Jakub’s wife, Dahomira Polaskova. All funds raised will be transferred directly to her to support her and the children with immediate and ongoing expenses following Jakub’s sudden passing.

The money will be used to help cover household costs, family expenses, and to provide financial stability for the children in the months ahead.

We are committed to full transparency, and the funds will go directly to the family for their sole use.
