All funds raised will go toward jakobs final wish which is one last trip to Disney theme parks. He is back on hospice and the end is drawing near. We are seeing the end come fast. The dream foundation will be covering air and 2 days of his park passes. He needs to cover costs of a lift van, food, half of his hotel, gas, half of park tickets, other miscellaneous expenses and souvenirs.
