This fund has been set up with a goal of helping Jake Borlace in a time of need as he battles the ongoing affects of dealing with Melanoma.

The treatments associated with his fight against Melanoma come with a high price, so  every dollar that is donated by the generous people of the world will go to a great cause in helping a young man and his fiancée through a tough time. 
With a wedding on the horizon and the timing of this unfortunate situation, it  makes it all that more crucial for us to help him out.
