On May 8, 2019 this world  lost Jakiya Cross, an amazing and determined young girl.  Jakiya was 12 years old, a 6th grade student at Thomas Edison Language Institute in Sacramento.  She was bright, positive, and kind-hearted.  She had the most beautiful soul.  Everyone who knew Jakiya, absolutely loved her.  Her loss was a shock to everyone because Jakiya tragically and unexpectedly died from an asthma attack.  Her family is dealing with this unexpected, sudden loss.  
The untimely death has left the family in a financial predicament and they're trying to find ways to cover financial costs of the funeral as well as any additional costs that may come as a result of her passing.
