Jake's Medical Fund

Many of you already know the journey Jake has endoured over the last 2 months.  We appreciate the love, support and prayers.  It is with a heavy heart to even have to set up this donation page.  Brent and I have a hard time asking for help but many of you have expressed the desire to assist financially.  We are receiving alot of "out of network" expenses on a weekly basis that are piling up and we anticipate Jake's road to recovery after he leaves the great care of Craig Hospital to be a very expensive one.  Please don't feel obligated to donate but if you are able to, words can't describe our most sincere gratitude.
