Jake's Van Modification

This adorable little boy is my son Jake, he is 6 years old. He was diagnosed at 22 months with Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA), an incurable degenerative neuromuscular disease that affects all the muscles in his body. I am trying to raise money to get our family van modified which costs $30,000 dollars. Jake is getting too big for his car seat and will soon need to stay in his wheelchair while being transported.
