Jacob Sutton is a truly remarkable person and an invaluable part of the North Coast Community. As a dedicated P1 Paramedic working across Lismore and Casino Stations, and a Clinical Training Officer (CTO) within the education team, Jake has consistently gone above and beyond for his colleagues and community. Anybody that is lucky enough to know Jake knows that he is one of those rare people who brings warmth, laughter and loyalty wherever he goes - someone who makes a lasting impact on everyone he meets. He is a special kind of human who has brought comfort, hope and humour into countless lives.
Now, Jake is facing his own unimaginable battle. The cancer he fought in 2022 has metastasised and he has been diagnosed with Stage IV cancer. This devastating news has deeply affected all who know and love him.
Jake has taken an extended period of unpaid time off work and plans to travel overseas in August for the trip of a lifetime. We're reaching out to ask for your support in giving back to someone who has given so much. Every contribution, no matter how small, will go toward easing his financial burden and helping Jacob create lasting memories with the people he loves most. We are hoping to keep this as secret as possible for him so we can surprise him this weekend at his farewell.
Thank you for your kindness and support.
