Hi, my name is Rachel and I'm trying to raise money for my friend Jake. A

little over a year ago Jake was in a motorcycle accident resulting in a spinal cord injury leaving him paralyzed from the chest down. Jake has worked tirelessly over the last year to be where he is today but could use some extra support as he moves on to this next chapter. He will be going to live on his own soon in an apartment that needs to be furnished and will need certain equipment (such as a stander, grab bars installed, adaptive devices, and daily living items, etc) to continue his recovery progress and help him keep his independence. I'm asking on Jake's behalf as he is an incredibly

humble person with a huge heart who would never want to take from anyone, however we all go through times where we could use extra support and love, and being able to bring some positivity to a very hard situation would be a great way to pass it forward, he truly deserves it.
