Jake, my boyfriend, is facing a critical moment in his life. He has recently been diagnosed with a retinal detachment, and without urgent surgery, he risks losing his vision completely. Unfortunately, we don’t have the means to pay for the surgery on our own. As Jake’s vision has started to fade, we’re preparing for a challenging road ahead. During his recovery, he may have to go a long period without work or being able to do the hobbies he loves.

The funds raised through this campaign will go directly toward Jake’s retinal detachment surgery and the expenses that come with recovery.
