Jake’s Abersail and 15km tough muder run

hi my name is Jake and on the 10th of April 2020 my son James was born, during the short time James was with us I worked to give him the best life I could at age of 15. I’m aughast of 2020 James was taken away from us due to cot death which affects hundreds of babies and family’s around the world each year. During the hard times Claire house offered me and my family surport. On the 23rd of July I will be Aber sailing off of liverpoool catherdral and on the 11th of September I will be runnning a 15km toughmudder with my girlfriend.
