Jake's Accident/Brain Injury Fund

On February 4th 2018, Jake Flint (big Jake, not little Jake) was severely injured in a horrific ATV accident. He was found face down in the snow, unresponsive. The ambulance rushed him to the ER where he arrived with a 104 degree fever, deep central brain hemorrhage, brain swelling, and 30% lung function. He's been placed in a medically induced coma in which he remains at this time. His immediate future includes a surgical repair to his completely shattered orbital bones where he risks permanent blindness in his right eye. Unfortunately, the short and long term effects are not known at this time.
   Jake's wife, Renee, is pregnant and due to have their third child in just about two weeks. To add insult to injury, Jake's medical insurance  does NOT cover this type of accident, and his medical expenses will be entirely out of pocket for them. Not only will Jake likely miss the birth of his third child, but we do not know medically how he will come out of this. 
   I am asking for any support, any dollar amount you can give. Jake is an IBEW Local 17 member, former tree trimmer and just hired in as a lineman. He is the sole provider, and now Renee has to go without a husband, a provider, and a father for their children for the foreseeable future. It would be wonderful for their family to have a little financial support to buy groceries, cover a few bills, and to maybe have some left over to start chipping away at the hundreds of thousands of dollars in expected medical bills.
