Massachusetts Fallen Heroes Ruck March

Hello Everyone, my name is Jake DeSantis and I am a United States Army Veteran. Myself and 2LT Joe Morgan will be conducting a Memorial Ruck March in honor of Veterans day. All donations will go directly to the Massachusetts Fallen Heroes Foundation.
The original plan was for me to ruck 14.5 miles from the Burlington Police Department to the MFH Memorial in Boston. Joe was to do the equal distance in Georgia where he is stationed. Due to the overwhelming support and donations, Joe and I only found it fit to do as everyone else has done and push well past what was expected. Joe and I will be increasing our mileage to 22 miles in total in honor of the 22 Veterans on average a day that take their own life.
I will be departing from the Tewksbury Police Department on Veterans Day morning and will be rucking to the Burlington Police Department, from there I will continue onto the finish line that is the beautiful Massachusetts Fallen Heroes Memorial in Boston. Joe is to do the equal distance and is planned to finish at the top of the coveted Currahee Mountain as once did our fellow brothers and sisters in arms.
