Jake was a talented fun loving young man with a huge heart. He was on his way to begin his career as a physical therapist and was excited about his new life in Florida. On 01/03/24 he was taken away from us in a tragic car accident. He has left behind not only his family including a younger brother and 2 younger sisters, parents and step parents and multiple aunts, uncles and cousins but his friends he chose to surround himself with and loved him very much. Our hearts are broken and we will never be the same. His family would like to keep his memory alive by starting a scholarship in his name.
