Hi, my name is Jake. I’m fundraising to have a surgical procedure done to allow me to continue playing the sport I love. 5 weeks ago I ruptured my left rectus femoris (thigh) muscle in a routine 50/50 challenge in a game playing for current club Southport FC. Unfortunately due to this it requires repairing at a sum of £8,000 a figure that isn’t accessible for me so it’s with reluctance that I’m reaching out for help. I’m aware at this current moment life is hard financially for a lot of people and families so any contribution would be massively appreciated. Thank you
