Hi, my name is Jake Shorr age 22, I graduated from North Babylon High School in 2018 and was diagnosed with stage 4 Hodgkin’s Lymphoma in June of 2022. I am currently undergoing treatment that we are unsure is going to work to help shrink the mass on my heart.
