In loving memory of Jake Seaburg

It is with great sadness and disbelief to share the passing of my sweet cousin, Jake Seaburg. On Saturday, December 12th, Jake was tragically murdered – he was 23 years old. We are heartbroken, but nevertheless our family vows to preserve our many memories of Jake — a young charismatic and tenacious man, deeply dedicated and truly remarkable.
