Jake Needs Relief from Severe Back Pain

Hi, I’m Jake. I am currently without health insurance and in dire need of back surgery and/or sciatic nerve injections . I can’t run or jump and can’t play any form of sports. Sitting in chairs is next to impossible. My life has taken a drastic turn for the worse because all day, every day I’m in pain. My lower disc in my back is severely herniated and a piece broke off of it causing pain from pushing on my sciatic nerve.

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
