Jake Nanney's Recovery

This is my twin brother, Jake. Many of you know him as a goofy bartender or a great boss or an even better friend. He's always been so amazing in so many ways, and he always takes care of anyone who needs it. He's always got a smile on his face or he's trying to make someone else smile with his silly (and sometimes ridiculous) jokes.. but last week I found him unconscious in his room and nothing I did could wake him up. The ambulance came and immediately took him to the emergency room.. but he still wouldn't wake up. He didn't become aware until the next day and the doctor's still couldn't tell me how this happened. His kidneys were failing and his muscles were deteriorating. After five days they told me he had suffered a stroke. He is now on dialysis and still in the hospital with no idea of when he might be ok enough to leave. He has no insurance and we're not sure how we're going to be able to pay for the bills at home; rent, electric, etc. let alone the hospital bills. Please donate to help him.
