Hi my name is Leanne and I'm fundraising for Jake jelly Street who's currently in Bristol hospital having major heart surgery.

Yesterday he had a 8 hour operation which turned into a much longer operation as things didn't go quite as planned.His mam Christine is by his bed side traveling back and for the city of Bristol every day as hotel costs and parking is so expensive.Jake is going to be in Bristol for approx 8 days maybe longer.hes currently in intensive care receiving the care he needs. Anyone who knows jake will know he is a fantastic person with a big heart.Hes very popular around the valleys& ponty for his dj he does.Pleae if anyone can help take the worry and stress off Christine and give anything u can it eoukd be so appreciated.thank u and we hope Jake a speedy recovery.
