Jake Halpin Memorial Fund
0% complete
$17,875 raised of $500
119 donations
Jake Halpin passed away on February 10 while doing one of the activities he loved, snowmobiling.
Many have asked how they can help, in lieu of flowers, the family is accepting donations in Jake’s name for distribution and a memorial to be determined at a later date.
There is no obligation but with the outpouring of love and support that has been bestowed upon the Halpin’s they would like to turn this situation around to help others and create a memory in Jake’s honor.
