On Friday September 8 2023, we got news of Lukes' brother Jake unexpected passing. As well as his beloved dog, Io.

Luke and Meghan were to be married the next day, but without Jake by their side they cancelled the wedding.

The loss of Jake has hit everyone who knew him very hard. He was an amazing person of many interests. He was smart. Caring.Funny. And loving, in his own way. He had the most infectious laugh that we will forever hear.
