Jake passed away in a vehicle accident Sunday, November 29th, while on his way back to work on the pipeline. He is loved by the biggest family and the most friends.

The money raised will be used solely for Jake’s headstone. The funeral will be held at 10am in Jacksonville at the Mrytle Springs cemetery.
