Jake get the medical help he needs

My name is Diane and I have never did this before but I don’t know where eles to turn. My sweet boy Jake needs a lot of medical care right now to stay alive . I have already spent a lot on my boy but now I don’t have it. Please if you can find it in your heart to help me get my boy better I would be so grateful. I have had him for 17 years and like the vet said he is not ready to go yet he is a fighter. Please donate to help me with getting him better. He has been my heart for 17 yrs. He has got me thru some tough times in my life and I ask you to please help me if you can. Those that know me know this was very hard to do but I will swallow my pride for my kids . Yes he is my kid. I love him with all my heart. Please donate if you can. I would forever be grateful. I hate that money determines life or death when it comes to health for humans or pets sometimes.
